Why is a lime green holographic square with #WhatsYourNumber is being shared on social media sites?   Check out:   mental_health_awarenesswww.mentalhealthamerica.net/llw/depression_screen.cfm
It’s an awareness campaign to get everyone to find out their Mental Health NUMBER during May, which is Mental Health Month
Everyone has a mental health number.  Your number is indicative of your current mental state. If you don’t manage your mental health, you could be at risk for serious chronic illnesses and not even know it.  In fact, you could lose 10-25 years off your life.
An undiagnosed or untreated mental health problem (even a minor one) can greatly affect your physical health.   That’s why we’re encouraging everyone to screen his or her mental health annually – and even more frequently if needed.
During the month of May, Mental Health America –  www.mentalhealthamerica.net   – has partnered with M3 Information to encourage everyone to take this screen to improve their wellbeing. M3’s world-renowned psychiatrists developed the only tool that screens for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD.  There’s no cost to take the screen and it only takes a few minutes.    Check out:   www.whatsmym3.com
Everyone has a mental health number – and it only takes three minutes to get screened.
